Big enough for the whole family

Long tables, the bar down one side and the pressed tin ceiling overhead. It seats a proper crowd without feeling like a hall — people can still hear each other, which is the whole point of getting everybody together.

Tell us the date and roughly how many, and we'll work the rest out on the phone. Prime rib for the table needs a little notice; most everything else doesn't.

Two things nobody expects

Both of them matter if you're bringing family, and both are the reason this room works for a long afternoon rather than a quick sit-down.

A park straight across the streetDirectly opposite the front door. The kids can run and the dogs can too, so nobody has to cut the afternoon short because someone got restless.
The patio is dog friendlyOutside seating where dogs are genuinely welcome rather than merely tolerated. Bring them — plenty of people do.
Catering out of the same kitchenIf the event isn't here, the food can still be. Call and ask what travels well — some of it does, some of it honestly doesn't, and we'll tell you which.
